Position Title: Team Leader I, Production

Location: BEL-Willebroek

Position Overview

The team leader reports to the production manager and has prime responsibility of organizing operators working on different production lines in a safe way and execute the daily production plan to achieve company targets and goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Organize, supervise, available labor to ensure that daily production requirements can be achieved schedule production plan ( e.g. picking raw materials, mixing, packaging,..)
  • Record all activities such like productivity, downtime, maintenance activities, and labors attendance and report to the production manager
  • Supervise all execution of check lists and cleaning forms.
  • Review Product instruction sheet from shop floor
  • Ensure that the training plan and development of all process workers is achieved.
  • Ensure that all safety ,health and environment procedures are implemented
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping
  • Participate in internal audits concerning ISO 9001.
  • Participate in continuous improvement project to increase productivity of the plant
  • Record and issue accidents reports.
  • Perform quarterly assessments of the operators
Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in industrial supervisory environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (dutch).
  • SAP experience a big plus.
  • Able to communicate and instruct members of the team to perform all duties as required.
  • Flexible approach and be prepared to undertake other tasks within the company as and when required
