Faresa is a rapidly growing mental health company with 6 offices in Belgium and 30 psychologists improving mental health in over 1000 patients per year (B2C) and offering B2B services for large clients (up to 10000 employees). The business unit Faresa Digital Tools is evolving towards a health tech company, with a great entrepreneurship culture and digital ¿start-up¿ spirit. In the future it will enable an automated and AI-driven mental health care pathway including early risk detection and intervention. Our R&D projects will serve as an accelerator for this promising journey. We are looking for a technical pilot to lead the way!

Right now, Faresa is looking for a tech & innovation manager, combining a strong technological expertise and a business mindset. If the mental health use case is interesting to you, you might be the ideal co-pilot for Faresa¿s CEO and become our future CTO.

Your Mission

You take all the executive decisions and are responsible for outlining the company¿s technical vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company¿s business needs. You realize getting AI-driven products to the market to increase people¿s mental health.

Key Responsibilities

As Faresa Digital Tools is about to grow and internationalize over 3-5 years, you need to accompany this growth: develop our solutions and our team. Sourcing of critical resources will be a daily challenge.

Profil

Profile

·Minimal: Master¿s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Informatics, ICT or related field

·Welcomed: thesis-based doctorate in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related area.

·Technical skills: full stack developer (front-end and back-end, database, container technologies), and recent technologies (e.g. Node.js, MongoDB, ES6, REACT, docker)

·You are aware of UX/UI principles

·Strategic thinker, you are familiar with a variety of business concepts

·Fluent in English, spoken & written

·Self-directed and able to perform independent work

·You are a strong team-player

·You like to speak in public
