Technical Analyst SAP (FICO / HR)

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects and business stakeholders, to ensure that our solutions are not only technically sound but also deliver real business value.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Solution Designers to align technical solution with functional design architecture.

• Design, configure and develop SAP FICO or HR solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.

• Evaluate and estimate the feasibility of solutions, balancing cost, effectiveness, and value.

• Lead the technical development and configuration within SAP FICO, with a strong understanding of E2E processes.

• Advise stakeholders on best practices and ensure solutions are compliant with IT and security standards.

• Deliver solutions on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Ideally a master degree in exact sciences (preferably in IT) or attained comparable level through relevant experience

• Proven solid technical background in ABAP development, design and implementation in SAP FICO area

• Familiarity with other SAP modules (MM, ECC, or S/4 HANA)

• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

• Business proficiency in English, with at least one of Dutch or French

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, ready to take on long-term SAP challenges
