Our client a fast growing actor in the I-Gaming sector, with thousands of user around the globe.

As Technical Hardware Customer specialist, you will manage the stock of hardware products and be the go to person for the technical follow up of all client’s premisses and installations working hand in hand with the online team.

This entails as well contact with the different suppliers, compiling all hardware and ensuring stock levels aren’t breached.

Order preparation will also be one of the multiple tasks as well as installation of the hardware.

You will work closely with the LAN-based team to make sure that a tailor made service is provided.

Scope :

• Contact with different suppliers in regards to ordering any required items in stock.

• Compiling orders for our clients.

• Installing hardware on site / monitor and maintain client premisses

• Provide technical support regarding hardware an products whilst working hand in hand with the online and the field teams

Requirements :

• You have a technical background (Technical knowledge in electronics)

• You are passionate and tech-savvy as well ass detail oriented and you like to go above the expected

• Experience in the I-gaming industry (gaming machines) would be a plus but isn’t mandatory

• A team player you like to join a vibrant tech team and contribute to their succes

• Passionate and ready to help our client to take it to the next level and to scale the omni-channel approach

Dutch and English are required for this position, as well as Basic French skills !
