Your challenge

As a Technical SAP Integration Consultant, your main focus is the technical analysis and development of our integration solutions. You ensure that high-quality, well-tested, and documented solutions are delivered to our customers.

You Are Responsible For
  • Providing implementation support to customer solution project teams on our bi-directional integration solutions. You work in a multi-disciplinary (C++, ABAP, …) global team where every discipline provides a piece of the complete integration solution.
  • Dealing with questions and issuesrelated to the integration solutions which require technical knowledge and specific expertise.
  • Building and maintaining expertise by fulfilling an implementation consultant rolein customer projects focused on integration solutions.
  • Delivering expert knowledgein customer projects.

Your team

As our new Technical SAP Integration Consultant, you’ll be part of the Product Design team. Product Design drives our product road map, based on a strong future vision and deep technologic overview. We make the blueprints for our solution’s functionality and share OMP’s vision and expertise with customers and colleagues alike.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, industrial engineering, or similar.
  • A solid background in IT.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in software implementation, troubleshooting, or a support role. Experience can be substituted for a degree.
  • Great analytical skills and problem-solving abilities complemented with a passion for complex software design and development.
  • A customer-oriented and results-committed attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A creative way of working, both as a team player and independently.
  • A passion to keep improving their skills.
  • Authorization to work in the US.

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Knowledge of or experience with:
    • SAP (PP and MM).
    • Macro language coding (Visual Basic, C, or similar).
    • Web services technology, such as REST.
  • Active knowledge of a version management system.
  • Proficiency in data communication or transformation techniques.
  • A willingness to travel for training purposes.
