Training Coordinator

In this role you will be responsible for the Technical Training coordination for our customers, partners and internal people in the Benelux, ensuring quotations, order handling/execution and coordination/planning.

Your responsibilities

  • Organize the technical robot training activity in order to support complete offering and growth using the correct products and materials
  • Focuses on timely and complete quotes, clean order registration and execution
  • You take an active lead in prospecting customers, defining the training needs with them and closing the deal
  • Assists in determine appropriate training courses for customers
  • Preparation of training materials and equipment needed for new product training.
  • You prepare updated training program calendars and inform all relevant stakeholders
  • You organize all products, tools, peripherals and documentation needed for the course
  • You work with internal resources to identify appropriate trainers for specific products and needs related to the training

Your background

  • Experience in Sales and/or Sales Support
  • Experience in organizing activities.
  • Affinity with technology is an advantage
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • Strong drive, result driven and flexible
  • Established mindset towards continuous improvement and process refinement
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com and Microsoft office products.
