About our role:
Our client is a well known company in the bank-insurance industry. They are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a UX Researcher. In this role, you will join the Transformation Strategy & Customer Experience service team, you will be working on a wide plethora of assignments, where you will need to identify the problems at hand, first steps to take and how to implement solutions

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team, which includes UX Designers, product developers, marketers, data scientists and more! So if you want to be part of it don’t miss out on this opportunity.

What you will be doing:
Your main responsibility wlll be becoming the specialist in customer-focused research as well as supporting and determining the mix of customer research. Always involving the customer.

Develop the customer research approach and its implementation in the organisation.

You will guide the UX and policy staff with conducting interviews, surveys and Ulabs

Coach other employees and roll out service design within the company.

Use multiple service design tools on concrecte projects where hands-on coaching will be needed.

What you bring:
Professional experience in customer research and surveying customers within developing & improving new and existing services.

Systematic approach to service design process

Fluent in Dutch.

Great communication skills..

You have great time managament skills and are result-oriented
