Mission Overview:

The role is for a consultancy mission at a client site through Keystone Solutions. The successful candidate will act as a Keystone Solutions consultant, working on an engaging project focused on national security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Existing Systems and Operational Needs: Familiarize yourself with the current systems and operational context of the Police. Collaborate with various stakeholders, alongside the functional analyst, to map out comprehensive requirements as part of Keystone Solutions consultancy services.
  • Design Intuitive Applications: Create designs that ensure the application is simple and intuitive, with smooth and logical navigation and transitions between different screens, while delivering on client expectations through your consulting expertise.
  • Ensure Multi-Device Compatibility: Ensure that applications are adaptable to various screen sizes and device types (computer, tablet, smartphone). Information density should be appropriate for easy readability on any device, enhancing the user experience across platforms as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
  • Propose Clear and Non-Redundant Features: Suggest clear and non-redundant functionalities. The design should be clean and readable, with sufficient contrast between different elements to facilitate easy reading, all while adhering to the consultancy standards of Keystone Solutions.
  • Collaborate on Application Scope and MVP: Participate in defining the application scope and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with the functional analyst. Write user stories to achieve the MVP, contributing to Keystone Solutions reputation for delivering high-quality consulting outcomes.
Skills/Profile:

  • Educational Background: You have a background in UX/UI Design with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience using frameworks like PrimeNG, accompanied by significant experience in a similar role as a consultant.
  • Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to effectively convey ideas and feedback to clients and team members alike.
  • User Needs Synthesis: You are capable of synthesizing the needs of users with varied profiles to provide clear, understandable, and actionable deliverables for technical teams, ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met in the consultancy model.
  • User Feedback Translation: You efficiently collect user feedback during test sessions and translate it into concrete and relevant actions to improve the services offered by Keystone Solutions.
  • Prototyping and Vector Drawing: You are an expert in interface prototyping and have good knowledge of vector drawing. You are proficient with tools like Figma and Illustrator, vital for consultancy projects.
  • Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and at least one of the two national languages. Active knowledge of one national language and passive knowledge (at a minimum) of the other is a significant advantage for consulting with diverse clients.
