What challenge do we offer?

As a Young Potential Animal Nutrition you will take a deep dive in our company . You get to know the different facets of our business and sector through an on-the-job training in our team. You help our professionals in their daily work. In this way, you experience what our challenging sector has to offer. At the same time, you will learn the technical-commercial competencies and skills to further develop your career, being our future sales or export or product manager.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You develop nutritional know-how by helping the evaluation of raw materials used in our sector and factories, key knowledge for our daily work.
• You formulate rations and prepare customize products based on our concepts in our least-cost formulation program. For this, next to raw material knowledge, you will learn about price evolutions in the market, animal requirements, legislation and production possibilities. The formulations are basis for offers, registrations for exporting our products and service to our customers. You will work in close collaboration with our colleagues of pricing, regulatory affairs and commercial departments.
• You assist our product and farm managers executing trials and create-validate technical tools in practice.
• You answer the daily questions of our internal and external customers: product specification, MSDS-files, prices, application of our concept, commercial info, …
  
  

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with a strong business driv e . If you just obtaineda degree as Master Zootechnical Engineer, Veterinarian, Industrial Engineer or Animal Nutrition or you made your first steps into our industry.

• You have an open mindset and willing to learn every day.
• You are fluent in Dutch & English. Other languages, French and or German are a plus.
• You are customer-oriented, driven and hands-on: you take initiative and like to get things done.
• Willing to travel in the mentioned region for 25% of your time.
