We are looking for a QA Assistant - Analytical Services who is organized, rigorous, reliable and accountableto join our QA Analytical Services team at UCB, based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

About The Role

As a QA Assistant - Analytical Services, you will support quality assurance operations and contribute to the compliance of quality control laboratory systems and processes.

With Whom You Will Work

You will collaborate with the quality control team and support services to ensure compliance with UCB policies and procedures and applicable regulations.

What You Will Do

General QA role:

  • Ensure compliance of quality systems and processes with UCB regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform periodic audits of laboratory systems
  • Ensure the management of potential data integrity incidents
  • Contribute to the activities of the Quality Assurance Department
  • Participate in the preparation of regulatory inspections

Data Integrity Assessment

Your main role will be to ensure the integrity of electronic data by carrying out routine checks of computerized systems and quality control laboratory documentation.

On field, you will work closely with the laboratory teams to this end.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques
  • Affinity with computerized laboratory systems
  • Knowledge of (bio)pharmaceutical regulations
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities while remaining rigorous
  • Ability to detect problems independently
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to identify problem situations
  • Good communication skills in French and English
