Quality Performance & Compliance Specialist

Then this is the opportunity for you! For our Business Group Food & Beverage we are looking for a Quality Performance & Compliance Specialist for the Evap, Powder & Cream cluster.
What we ask
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Food Technology or similar education.
- Experienced and have high level of understanding of Quality management systems like FSSC, IFS and/or BRC.
- Experienced and have high level of understanding of key quality processes like HACCP, problem solving, CAPA mgt.
- Experienced in Performance analysis and reporting
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to act in different cultures and in an international setting
- Fluent in English

- Implementation & compliance related to Foqus or F&B BG standards and key Q-processes/systems in the cluster sites.
- Contribute to the design of BG standards and review of new Foqus standards.
- Implementation /training & roll-out of new standards & guidelines according to grace periods (Gap analysis, adjustments/creation of cluster specific guidelines/SOPs).
- Prepare and manage ONE audits preparation in sites.
- Development of key Q-processes and related systems and support its implementation in the sites (e.g. Tenforce).
- Participate in specific activities like: change management, HACCP reviews, internal auditingImplementation and compliance of external certification (e.g. GFSI standards, HALAL, Kosher)
- Key contact with external certification bodies related to business/customer related certifications, in case cluster specific.
- Ensure proper overall planning of external audits for the locations.
- Review of non-conformances and escalation regarding process model.
- Ensure (incl. training) implementation and compliance of special certifications like; Halal, Kosher, Organic and others as needed.
- Support quality capability building and quality awareness at the Cluster sites requirements, harmonize way of working
- Q-KPI and Incident reporting & management
- Ensure monthly Q-KPI reporting for locations in-scope.
- Support correct incident management within the cluster sites, share results of RCA and roll out of learnings.
- Ensure follow-up and verification of incident capa’s within the sites, escalation if needed.
- Support Cluster Quality Manager, e.g. technical site visit, regular progress updates on projects, KPI reporting, etc.
- Support organization of QA meetings (topics, dare-to-share, training, etc).
- Support harmonized way of working sharepoint activities.
