  • Minimum of 3 years in QA     with proven experience in single use systems qualification, including knowledge and mastering of guidelines from BPSA, BPOG, PDA and ISPE
  • Experience with other pertinent regulations for supplier qualification (cGxP, ICH, WHO) is an asset
  • Project management experience
  • Strong in communication and team player
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken), French is an asset

Based in the Charleroi Region or in Brussels As QA Specialist Supply Chainyou will be responsible for quality oversight of suppliers to ensure that the company subsidiaries are being supplied with materials and services in compliance with the established specifications thereof.

You will perform periodic suppliers evaluation and will ensure that initialsupplier qualification is being performed and continuous supplier oversight is being performed by handling of complaints, deviations and change requests


  • Define process and requisites for the qualification of the single use systems sourced by affiliates of Univercells group for the use in (bio-)pharmaceutical manufacturing (tubing, connectors, containers, bags, bioreactors, ...)
  • Organize necessary workshops with Subject Matter Experts to define the requirements
  • Establish supplier and single-use material questionnaires and related ways of working
  • Integrate
  • Perform initial and periodic supplier qualification activities : sending of the adhoc questionnaires related to the Qualification to the suppliers, follow-up, relaunch - assessment of the answers to the questionnaires - data management
  • Train others and transfer the expertise
  • Perform necessary training sessions and day to day supports to share the Single Use Qualifications expertise
