About The Role

As Quality Administrator, you will join the diverse QA team in the EDC Temse and will be working with the QA Engineers on a day-to-day basis.

As a Quality Administrator you will be the key person in the "blocked stock process", a key critical process where you will need to make sure that non-conform products are blocked from the market within our vision of advancing the world of health.

Main Responsibilities Will Include
  • Transactions of all the holds and quarantine shipments in the LOTS ERP system every day
  • Confirming all the holds are performed in the Zeus software tool
  • Coordinating the "blocking" process in the EDC Temse and will work with our planning and operational teams to make sure products are not shipped out
  • Being in contact with logistic service providers, local warehouses ... to make sure also local inventory is put in hold
  • Point of contact for any questions related to blocked stock
  • Handling the process
  • Providing data and metrics on open holds, ageing holds
As a Quality Administrator you will also need to support the "First Article and Distributor Verification" process with regards to Medical Device and In Vitro Diagnostics Regulation.

You will work closely together with the QC Inspectors, with the Regulatory Affairs team and with the European Authorized Rep team.

You Will Be The Person That
  • is following up on (prioritization of) inspections to be performed daily
  • Is checking that all details on the products match the information on the Declaration of Conformity and the info in the ERP system
  • Is performing change control when information in ERP system seems to be incorrect
  • Is in contact with RA & EAR in case of issues detected with the product
  • Is crafting and following up on non-conformity records when issues are detected during the inspections
About You
  • You have a Bachelor degree
  • You have experience in European Regulations
  • You are knowledgeable of GDP (Good Distribution Practices) /warehousing is a plus
  • You have experience in internal audits
  • You have the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • You are able to work optimally at all levels in an organization
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
