Job Description

The Quality Improvement Engineer Personal Care will be focused on proactive product quality. The Engineer is focused on quality improvement projects and a key player driving quality in Product Development projects, and will require the ability to drive improvement across multiple functional areas.
  • Support investigation for critical customer complaints.
  • Analyse trends of product properties and drive corrective action as required
  • Ensure proactive quality in new product development, through raw material specifications, customer specifications, gate reviews, etc
  • Manage and analyse internal nonconformities on root cause, corrective actions and overall quality improvement opportunities
  • Participate in internal and external audits (customer audits and notified body audits) as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree preferably in Engineering Chemistry or technical related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality
  • Experience in handling multiple responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on constructive, facts-based communication.
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Able to effectively work with various functions and levels within the organization
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus
  • Six Sigma Training is a plus
  • Willing and able to travel up to 5%.
