What You’ll Do:

  • Develop Quality Strategies: Implement global quality assurance standards that align with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Quality Systems: Oversee QMS development and ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP).
  • Drive Improvement: Use lean and Six Sigma methods to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure Compliance: Lead global audits and manage corrective actions for regulatory adherence.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor a global quality team and collaborate with key departments to achieve quality goals.
  • Supplier & Customer Management: Oversee supplier quality programs and address customer concerns to enhance satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years in quality management. Proven track record with QMS and leading diverse teams.
  • Certifications: CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar certifications are desirable.
  • Skills: Deep knowledge of quality standards, strong problem-solving, project management, leadership, and communication skills.
