As a successful candidate, you are an experienced QC engineer (micro) with a strong background in method validation and microbial testing. Your analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally will allow you to drive impactful projects in a fast-paced setting.

  • You validate methods for BacTalert in relation to EFA unprocessed bulk, ensuring inspection readiness for regulatory authorities.
  • You implement the Recombinant Factor C (rFC) test method as an alternative to traditional LAL testing.
  • You participate in global working groups to define the strategy and validation requirements for rFC tests versus recombinant cascade reagents.
  • You oversee the implementation of outsourced micro identification using the Maldi-TOF analyzer, enhancing identification efficiency.
  • You lead the digitization of micro method validations, aiming to optimize data reporting through LIMS.
  • You evaluate and implement necessary method changes to mitigate low endotoxin recovery risks during product launches.
  • You support operational teams in handling complex micro investigations and assess new technologies for automated plate counting.

Requirements

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Microbiology or Biochemistry.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in microbiology or quality control environment.
  • You possess experience in GMP method validation of alternative micro methods.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • You are a proficient team player with agile working skills.
  • You have experience with external compliance audits.
  • You communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • You are skilled in contributing to cross-functional teams and collaborating on strategic projects.

You are proficient in English and have the ability to collaborate with international teams across various regions.
