Your Impact

To strengthen the Office support team, we are looking for a receptionist for our headquarters in Mechelen/Diegem. In other words, you will take care of the general ins and outs of the workplace at the reception desk. To be successful in this position, you must be able to multitask efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

As a receptionist, you will take on the following duties:
  • You will be the company’s business card and you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional, personal and telephone welcome;
  • You take care of the first-line telephony and connect callers to the correct con-tact persons;
  • You provide all-round administrative support to various departments;
  • You manage the meeting rooms;
  • You ensure that mail is distributed and processed correctly;
  • You arrange business trips for colleagues from all branches;
  • You manage the office equipment (maintenance products, coffee, drinks, etc.) and place orders if necessary.

  • You can think in a problem-solving way
  • You have a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
  • You are someone who likes to take initiative and keep an overview
  • You are strong in administration and you like order and structure
  • You are fluent in current office programs
  • You are precise and you can handle data accurately
  • You are a real planner and can set the right priorities
  • You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English
