Job Title: Recruitment and Training Manager

Location: Headquarters in Zwevegem (West Flanders), Belgium

Context

We are looking for a Recruitment and Training Manager to join a growing family business specializing in the sale of cleaning products, personal care items, decoration items, and seasonal products across 44 stores located in Wallonia. The position is open due to a departure.

Main Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:
  • Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Write and publish attractive job offers.
  • Source, pre-select, and interview potential candidates.
  • Coordinate the selection process and organize interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding of new employees.
  • Training:
  • Analyze training needs in consultation with managers.
  • Design and organize appropriate training programs.
  • Skills Development:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers.
  • Develop and implement career development plans for employees.
  • Monitor employee progress and propose additional training actions.
  • Facilitate personal and professional development opportunities.
  • Administration and Reporting:
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment and training databases.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment and training activities for management.
  • Ensure recruitment and training processes comply with current legislation.

  • Good knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
  • Mastery of training methods and tools.
  • Skills in project management and training needs analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and HR software.
  • Languages:
  • French: Native/Bilingual level - C1/C2
  • Dutch: Fluent level - B2
