Context
We are looking for a Recruitment and Training Manager to join a growing family business specializing in the sale of cleaning products, personal care items, decoration items, and seasonal products across 44 stores located in Wallonia. The position is open due to a departure.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruitment:
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs.
- Write and publish attractive job offers.
- Source, pre-select, and interview potential candidates.
- Coordinate the selection process and organize interviews.
- Manage the onboarding of new employees.
- Training:
- Analyze training needs in consultation with managers.
- Design and organize appropriate training programs.
- Skills Development:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and adjust programs accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external training providers.
- Develop and implement career development plans for employees.
- Monitor employee progress and propose additional training actions.
- Facilitate personal and professional development opportunities.
- Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment and training databases.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment and training activities for management.
- Ensure recruitment and training processes comply with current legislation.
- Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.
- Mastery of training methods and tools.
- Skills in project management and training needs analysis.
- Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Initiative and proactivity.
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer tools and HR software.
- Languages:
- French: Native/Bilingual level - C1/C2
- Dutch: Fluent level - B2
- Working Hours: Office hours.
- Team Composition: HR Assistant, Prevention Advisor, Recruitment Assistant.
- Direct Supervisor’s Position: HR Director
- Career Growth: The position offers opportunities for advancement.
