Each subdivision specializes in a certain type of profile respectively: finance, IT, engineering and executive levels. We are currently looking for new recruitment talent to strengthen our office in Antwerp.

Description

  • You will actively look for candidates as well as prospect for clients.
  • As a recruiter you will have to research your market, so you understand its needs. You will have to know what it is your candidates and clients are looking for.
  • You will be tasked with matching the right candidates to your clients. You will be in charge of the whole process, we pride ourselves on our 360° approach to recruitment.

Profiles
  • Perfect proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Experience in sales is an added bonus but certainly not a requirement.
  • You are comfortable calling people on the phone.
