Responsible for the West region of Belgium, under the responsibility of the Sales Director Off-Trade, and in close relationship with other departments as Finance, Supply Chain & Marketing, the Regional Account Representative will:
- Manage the attributed customers’ portfolio:
Visiting the stores following the coverage plan
Making our brands alive qualitatively in store
Ensuring the national agreements & the promotional plan
Developing the distribution being the eyes and ears on the field of MH Belux
- Visit his customers’ portfolio following the established coverage plan
- Implement the national agreements (assortment, activations, …)
- Ensure the national distribution of our brands
- Sell and install promotions following the promotional plan
- Activate in a qualitative and premium way our brands on the shopfloor
- Play a key role in the development of independent stores (assortment, activations, visibility …)
- Drive internally and externally the MH values (Elegance, Spirit of Conquest, Sharing, Epicureanism, Integrity)
- Be the eyes and the ears of the company on the field (RSP, promotions, competition, activations …)
- Ensure an accurate follow-up of KPI’s on Salesforce
- Create a strong relationship with his customers

Languages
- Fluent in Dutch, French & English

- Experience in Sales/Off Trade-FMCG/Wines & Spirits
