Based in Nivelles you will join a collaborative team full of passionate change-makerand you will strengthen the Supply Chain team composed of 10 skilled and professional colleagues. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will:
• Manage the replenishment (MRP process) of the stock in Nivelles 2/Paris to serve our affiliates Quantoom This is covering laboratories (non GMP) activities, but would develop later, in GMP manufacturing (in-house production or sub-contracting)
• Collect the forecast near the project manager of the associated labs.
• Calculate the re-order point and safety stock to put in place to serve our laboratories (non GMP activities) and reflect in the ERP
• Review and maintain eventually master data in future SAP to manage appropriate level of stock.
• Deal with the obsolescence of product range and reflect in the ERP
• Follow up and challenge the delivery of our suppliers near and with procurement/logistics department
• Monitor the level of inventory to take appropriate action (valorization, obsolescence, find solution for excess stock)
• Monitor open orders, and manage back orders by ensuring proper proactive and corrective actions are taken.
• Monitor and follow-up some KPI’s (inventory level, slow moving stock, supplier performance, etc) monthly in collaboration with finance and logistics team.
• You will proactively communicate upstream and downstream with internal stakeholders to tackle possible constraints and ensure the best service level;

• You will support by year end the move to a new ERP system (SAP S4 HANA) and roll out some functionalities related to supply chain ‘MRP activities’ in the ERP at GO LIVE;

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in logistics/supply Chain/procurement or assimilated experience in the domaine.
• Self-reliance, confident, entrepreneurial spirit and good at working in an autonomous way;
• Knowledge of a major ERP system (ODOO / SAP);
• Strong knowledge of Office suite, Excel in particular
• Communications skills, oral and written, including presentation skills;
• Fluent in English and French;
• GMP experience is a plus
