COMMERCIAL HUB MANAGER

QUAND VOUS NOUS REJOINDREZ, VOUS SEREZ :

• Responsable de tous les aspects du développement commercial et travailleren étroite collaboration avec les subordonnés directs et collègues pour fournir la meilleure expérience client possible avec Roofmart
• Développer des partenariats à long terme avec la clientèle commerciale de Roofmart et les industries partenaires, en offrant un soutien exceptionnel en matière de ventes et d’opérations
• Être responsable de la réalisation de quatre (4) impératifs clés :
• Gestion et mise en exécution des ventes commerciales
• Gestion de projet et excellence du service
• Achat, approvisionnement et contrôle des stocks
• Leadership en matière de sécurité et le développement d’équipe
  

NOTRE CANDIDAT IDÉAL :

• Diplôme collégial ou licence (de préférence en commerce/vente/marketing) et 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire dans le secteur de la vente au détail, la fabrication, les télécommunications ou une autre industrie transférable
• Permis de conduire valide
• La connaissance de l’industrie de la toiture serait un atout
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication
• Capacité à résodre des problèmes et à gérer des situations difficiles

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;

• Overseeing all aspects of the commercial hub and working in close cooperation with direct reports and colleagues to provide the best customer experience possible while dealing with Roofmart
• Dedicated to developing long term partnerships with Roofmart’s commercial contractor customer base and design firms, by delivering exceptional sales & operational support
• Responsible for driving four (4) key imperatives: Commercial Sales Enablement Project Management & Service Excellence Purchasing & Inventory Control Safety Leadership & Team Development
  
  

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

• College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 2 or more years of success in a similar role within the consumer durables, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, or other transferable industry
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
