About the Role:
As a Routing Assistant Transport, you will coordinate international air transport for letter mail and parcels, ensuring smooth logistics between domestic and foreign markets. You’ll act as a key liaison between postal and private transport companies, optimizing routes and managing operational transport needs.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Analyze customer transport needs and propose tailored solutions
✅ Manage procurement, supplier selection, and airline negotiations
✅ Oversee international transport operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance (CMR, IATA, customs)
✅ Maintain daily contact with transport partners and resolve operational issues
✅ Optimize transport plans based on cost, quality, and performance
✅ Manage transport data and support policy development for route management

Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in logistics or transport
Fluent in English + one national language (Dutch/French)
Strong knowledge of international transport regulations (IATA, CMR, customs)
Proficient in transport management systems and data analysis
