Across the solutions implemented we also make the combination with lowcode/nocode application development which enables us to deliver our customers solutions for automating their current processes and expanding them with new functionalities.

To support our growth ambition, we are looking for a Senior RPA Technical Lead Consultant to strengthen the team.

Your Role:

· Interact with the business – understand the strategy and how IT can enable this strategy.

· Create convincing business cases for specific situations (in particular in the combined intelligent automation), including cost benefits, prioritization criteria and transformation roadmaps.

· Design solutions addressing the business challenges of our clients

· Develop the architecture for the creative solutions and guide this with best practices to help the team grow and deliver scalable solutions

· Develop and promote new service offerings based on common market demands and leveraging the ever-evolving capabilities of most modern digital technologies.

· Make value propositions in response to business challenges of our clients, exploiting the capabilities of digital technologies.

· Assess customer application and process landscapes and pinpoint the weak points and develop (intelligent) automation strategies and roadmaps.

· Support our customers in their digital transformation journey. Make recommendations on how intelligent automation could support them.

· Conduct Business & Technical workshops and build the target situation (To Be). This can be the Discovery, Analysis, Technical or implementation workshops

· Recommend a PoC based approach, identifying the first cases, and low hanging fruit. Evangelize the agile approach by delivering MVP’s and indication for the next releases

· Assist the team with the implementation of the designed solutions.

· Act as the coach and mentor to team members and technical staff on their assigned project tasks, be the liaison with the vendors on technical aspects

· Inspire proposal teams, lead the solutioning, and write commercial proposals.

· Apply forward thinking around where the organization is going and how technology can support these efforts.

· Work with clients to understand their needs and to implement intelligent automation strategies designed to meet those needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

· Act as a trusted advisor towards our clients, develop their interest in DXC services.

· Build client relationships by delivering value through the next step in intelligent automation

· Keep your knowledge up to date through technology watch opportunities.

· Be instrumental in expanding our business in intelligent automation domains.

· Provide cross-functional technical leadership across all solution components.

· Identify, assess and validate the potential processes for automation eligibility

· Redesign processes to fully unlock the potential of intelligent automation

· Deliver consulting missions with passion, to client satisfaction.

· Lead the technical teams in the implementation of the designed solutions.

Qualifications:

· Experience of several years in Intelligent Automation: discovery, design, development, testing, daily support

· RPA development certification on one major RPA player (preferably UiPath, Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, …)

· Activation of your tentacles of interest towards any of the emerging tools like Nice, Power Automate, Antworks, …

· Prior experience with Python, .Net, coding, integrations

· Knowledge of AI : NLP, chatbots, IoT, ML, data science …

· Sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to design and scope multiple deliverables across several technologies.

· Technical expertise to setup and solve installation and integration issues of intelligent automation solutions in the diverse customer application landscape and infrastructure

· Acquainted with Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, …)

· Strong technical project leadership capabilities and be able to deal with complex issues.

· Ability to interact with customers regarding business and technical information and ability to explain technical concepts understandably to C-level, SME’s and end users.

· Not new to application development life cycle & projects and security.

· Live, work, grow in team, not forgetting to be autonomous

· Not fearing documentation, but seeing this as part of quality assurance and industrialization

· Rich in initiatives, flexible in thinking, pragmatic in approach

· You have excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills, in Dutch or French and English. The consultancy world attracts and pushes you to deliver the best of you.

· You possess a good sense of humor
