Our client is looking for an HSE Supervisor who will be the face of safety on their work sites.

You are present in the field daily, ensuring that our employees work safely and according to the applicable procedures. You combine strong coaching skills with a sharp eye for risks, and you know how to address and motivate people in a positive way.

Mission

  • You are responsible for preparing and following up on HSE administrative documentation, such as task Risk Analyses, work permits, incident reports, safety rounds and audits.
  • You address, guide, and motivate employees in terms of safety.
  • You conduct safety inspections and toolbox meetings
  • You prepare and manage HSE documentation.
  • Reporting incidents and following up on corrective actions. You collaborate with project management and prevention advisors.

Profile

  • You have experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in an industrial or construction environment.
  • You have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Codex on Well-being at Work).
  • You have a strong communication skills and a coaching mindset.
  • You have hands-on attitude and a proactive approach
  • You have solid administrative skills
  • You have A Level 2 Prevention Advisor certificate (or willingness to obtain it) is a plus
  • You speak Dutch and English.
