Your new role
As a Sales Administrator you are responsible for the administrative support of several departments.

Therefore you will be in charge of handling contracts and making sure that everything is followed up in an efficient way. Moreover you will be assisting the financial department, such as handling invoices. Lastly you will support the data warehouse with contacting stakeholders and following up contracts that recently have ended. In this position you will have contact by phone and mail with distributors and end customers.

Your profile
Hays Zaventem is looking for a candidate who is fluent in spoken and written communication in English. Knowledge of any other language is an asset. Furthermore, you have a multicultural mindset and are not afraid to call. You are administratively strong and a sociable person. Preferably you also have basic knowledge of MS-office.

The terms of employment
Our client offers anattractive salary supplemented with fringe benefits. The company offers flexible working hours with the possibility to start between 6 and 10 in the morning. You’re entitled to 32 leave daysin total. Home working is possible.
