To reinforce our Sales team we are looking for a Sales Assistant.

As Sales Assistant, you manage product information, administrative processes, and tools. By providing accurate and timely information to commercial team members and customers, the Sales Assistant ensures that we reach our targets.

As a vital part of the sales team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales operations and contributing to our overall growth.

Main Tasks

  • Ensure customer records are correct in our SAP systems.
  • Coordinate new product launches with customers, managing required data in their systems.
  • Oversee the product life cycle, monitor inventory, and enable accurate sales reporting.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, handle tender documents, inform about product changes and availability, follow up on promotions, and update prices.
  • Manage customer complaints in collaboration with product and quality managers.
  • Update and follow up on contractual documents and customer statistics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a branded and private label environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office tools (especially Excel) and SAP.
  • Process-oriented with strong analytical skills and enjoys solving problems.
  • Efficient and well-organized.
  • Autonomous with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
