As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the internal ins and outs of the administrative procedures within Sensolus. You will ensure proper registration and/or complete resolution of issues in support of our internal services.

What can you expect?

You will be the main liaison between our sales team & customers and different internal departments.

Take action to solve issues (payment, delivery, invoicing, administration, supply chain, …).

Responsible for the order acquisition and fulfilment process, pre-sales support activities and related administration.

  • Follow-up on shipment & delivery of goods.
  • Follow-up on correct and timely invoicing.
  • Communicating, organizing and follow-up of contractual required documents.
  • Contractrenewals and credit control of accounts receivable.
