About This Opportunity

MAIN PURPOSE

Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of external customers, and interface with internal stakeholders:

‐Pro‐active and good quality relationships with customers, contributing to the Company’s image in the eye of the customers and to their loyalty towards our brand

‐Work in tight and regular interaction with key internal stakeholders (central & local supply chain teams, LRD representatives, plant & manufacturing managers, …)

‐Application of the decisions, procedures, and guidance defined by the Benelux Supply Chain Manager or/and at Cluster level.

MAIN DUTIES

Customers Liaison (external / internal):

‐Be the ‘voice of the customer’ for the portfolio of customers in charge of

‐Actively seek for short term customer demand in a pro‐active and regular manner to control adherence or deviations to plan

‐Be the key interface between EVIOSYS plants, LRD representatives, and customers

‐Take plant manufacturing and Supply Chain constraints into account

‐Be a key player in terms of Commercial/Customer Intelligence

Commercial Interface (pricing/contract):

‐Input prices in JDE ERP on LRD representatives request

‐Generate contracts/market letters and other administrative tasks according to LRD inquiries.

Demand Management:

‐Forecasting (entry and analysis)

‐Daily capture & review according to information received and/or actively sought for from customers

‐Weekly in‐depth review of customer forecasts as part of the weekly Central Planning cycle, including forecast consumption (‘Consumed Forecast – CF’)

‐Monthly & Quarterly short/mid/long term demand review

Order Management:

‐Create orders in JDE ERP for internal/external suppliers, follow‐up their order status & completion On Time In Full (OTIF)

‐Ensure orders are well receipted in JDE ERP to ensure full data integrity & inventory accuracy

‐Continuously take into account manufacturing & Supply Chain information/constraints

‐Contract/markets and specific customer inventories follow‐up (e.g. consignment stocks, contractual safety stocks…)

Packaging Control:

‐Follow‐up in a regular manner volumes of packaging sent to customers

‐Monthly edition of customer packaging balances

‐Actively chase for packaging to be returned from customers, in a cost effective way and arrange collections

Distribution:

‐Be in contact with local logistics providers and EVIOSYS plants to arrange deliveries with a permanent OTIF objective, to contribute to customer satisfaction

‐Support Benelux Supply Chain Manager in Transport & Warehousing costing tasks, as well as yearly stock takes at Benelux external warehouses where Eviosys goods are stored

Technical Follow‐Up – Products & Qualifications:

‐Collect and share Technical Datasheets whenever needed

‐Manage customer technical trials in tight interaction with Commercial & CTS local teams

About You

• Good experience in Sales Administration and/or Sales Assistant roles
  
  

‐Technical background in IT systems (ERP systems, forecasting systems, Office packages)

‐Sound inter‐personal communication skills and relationships

‐Pro‐active mindset, ability to seek actively for information, and good initiative spirit

‐Rigour, good organisation skills for day‐to‐day work efficiency

‐Ability to adapt to a fast moving environment and pick‐up positively new incoming challenges

‐Ability to work in organised structures, and within defined standard processes & business rules to be adhered to

‐Continuous improvement mind‐set, and creative thinking

‐Teamwork, positive spirit including at periods of higher activity, stress or pressure, respect for people
