About the role
As a Sales Intern in the Belgian Sales department of the Mass Market division, you will assist Key Account Managers (KAM) in enhancing our oral care brands, including Sensodyne, Corega, and Parodontax. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain insights into Sales and join our mission to deliver better everyday health.
This is a 6-month full-time internship starting in August 2024, based in Zaventem, Belgium.
Key responsibilities
Weekly Tasks:
- Price Check: Extract and analyze Haleon product prices from retailers every Monday.
- Technical Datasheets: Complete and send promotions information to retailers.
- REPS Follow-Up: Analyze REPS performance, provide support, and manage promotion displays and free goods requests.
Monthly Tasks:
- Market and Retailers’ Analysis: Use Power BI to analyze data and present findings in monthly Sales meetings.
- Price Analysis: Prepare a monthly price evolution analysis for MM meetings.
- TSM and Promotion Management: Enter promotion forecasts in TSM software and support supply chain management.
Other Tasks:
- Field Sales Meetings: Organize meetings every 2-3 months with Sales teams and REPS, prepare promotional summaries.
- Inventory and Orders: Ensure product stock availability for customer meetings.
- Assortment Update: Ensure retailers’ assortments are up to date.
- Price Lists Update: Maintain up-to-date price lists for all products.
- WRI Datasheets: Create and provide WRI datasheets for new products or promotions at Carrefour.
- Profitability Check: Analyze product profitability based on margins and retailer conditions and provide data to Sales and Marketing teams.
Qualifications and skills
- Currently studying a college degree in Commercial, Marketing or a related field, with a keen interest in the Sales domain.
- Professional language skills in English and French or Dutch.
- Excel and PowerPoint skills.
