Sales Consultant: your responsibilities

  • As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for developing client relationship and understanding the needs on the market. Due to this, you will be able to find the profiles that the market is looking for. This means that you will be responsible for the whole process from A to Z en have full control to close the deal!
  • You will be working in a very driven team that will support you along the way but also will challenge you to become the best version of yourself!
  • Fuse Engineering will teach you how to negotiate, qualify needs, canvass calling, closing and much more!

Profiles


Sales Consultant: your profile

  • Bachelor degree or similar
  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required

Offer


Sales Consultant: the offer

  • You will receive a basic salary of 35.000 EURper year, when you achieve your target after 6 months, you will be promoted and receive a salary increase to 40.000 EUR!
  • Above that, you will also be able to enjoy unlimitted commissions! (we don’t believe in capped commissions)
  • Furthermore, you will be handling high-end Engineers in the Engineering industry. The first 2 months you will be trained to become a specialist by the Manager himself.
  • You will also be part of a very ambitious team, with a strong mindset and drive. By joining Fuse Engineering at this moment, you will have a a lot of career oportunities because it is all about timing!
  • You will be working in a suiton anopen sales floor!
