Responsibilities

  • Acting as an information distribution center for the different departments: collect, consolidate and disseminate information from/to all the team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy.
  • Support the sales team in gathering information, preparing presentations, reviewing layouts, etc.;
  • Provide policy and process support to sales team: information collection, country policy research etc.
  • Provide support for new product launches and various Sales related projects.
  • Monitoring inventory, taking initiatives to keep inventory levels below target.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor in a field related to Sales, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent by experience;
  • You have minimum 1 year of experience in a (Sales) support role;
  • You have perfect verbal, listening and writing skills in Dutch or French, with a very good knowledge of English;
  • Born to work in a commercial environment, problem solving is part of your DNA;
  • You are a Self-starter – Passionate about achieving goals/targets;
  • Strong team player, flexible mindset;
  • Project management skills to ensure flawless follow-up from start to finish
  • Good communication skills & high level of diplomacy;
  • Great sense of ownership;
  • Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
