We’re looking for a Sales Support Officer to join our Modular Sales Team in Roeselare. As a sales support officer you’ll be responsible to support our customers and suppliers, assist and follow up projects. We’re looking for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch!

What you’ll do

  • Assist in projects with external sales or in direct contact with the architect/designer/end customer
  • Prepare a quotation for new projects, offer product assistance and giving technical support
  • Ensure close follow up for the projects you are working on from quotation up to the order
  • You are working in close contact with our external sales to support our customers in the best possible way.

To be successful in this role, you understand what it takes to make a high-end brand better every single day. Therefore, you should bring:

  • Strong commercial experience, as you will be dealing with partners, installers, architects etc.
  • Good communication skills; liaising regularly within the team and with other departments.
  • A team-player attitude.
  • Solution-oriented thinking.
  • technical skills or at least technical interest.
  • Fluency in Dutch, English and Spanish or in Dutch, English and German; any additional languages are an advantage.
  • Resistance to stress and ability to work in an environment where projects have their natural ups and downs in terms of work pace.
  • Proactiveness when it comes to project follow-up, internal coordination etc.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a broad and varied workload.
  • Knowledge Excel.
  • Knowledge ERP package (SAP).
