Within the Our Business support organization we are looking for officers that will be the glue between our SP’s, the GSSC and NTT BE. They will answer, advice, contact, solve all customer requirements, internal or external (client, colleagues, vendors, partners).

We are looking for a person who likes to work independently, is highly motivated and a great team player. Being open for change and participating in the development of new processes to make our lives easier is a big plus.

The Sales Support Officer acts as key support person to the sales teams. They assist members of the sales force acting as the single point of contact for the clients

Working at NTT

This person will be positioned as first level of support between the Sales, the service providers and the local organization. They will support the local organization, follow up on questions raised from both sides, take ownership and solution issues between the remote and local organization.

This person will make sure clients are serviced as expected using direct, adequate, and professional communication.

Sales Support are typically assigned to support one or more Client Managers and be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers. The Sales Support Specialist’s responsibilities include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. Their day to day duties include providing quotes for clients either from direct requests or on behalf of the Sales team.

This might involve a degree of product pricing where the Sales Support sometimes has the ability to influence the price and margin, by suggesting different products dependant on lead times, promotions, alternative suppliers and programmes. Once the order is raised, they will check the quotes to ensure that what has been ordered has been quoted.

They manage vendor costs in conjunction with commercial colleagues and ensure access to vendor pricing.

They capture data and maintain systems as is required by the sales process and sales team. They will also use the systems and data to produce reports when necessary.

In general they provide administrative support to the sales force when it is required. Their success is determined by the client service orientation, their team work and management skills and their ability to manage their assigned work processes.
