Job content

You’ll be part of a dynamic team which is in charge for the development of SAAS-platforms to support our business units.

As SBM assistant and SBM academy planner, you are:

• Responsible for back office support related to the Stand By Me platform, the Heating Solutions Navigator and the e-Care app.

• You’ll get the lead in digital communication of new features to our SBM-community.
  These communication tools can be developed externally or internally, or a mix.
• Addressable for all ad hoc questions related to the usage of the platform and the app. You react on issues as raised by the Affiliates and give a fast response
• A facilitator for a training platform for various trainings on the different tools. In case of video recording, you need to coordinate the shooting date and the actors. Some basic video editing might be requested from you as well.
• Responsible for the translation of the tools. New labels need to be sent to the translation agency. You need to coordinate the translation and the input into the different tools.

Profile

• You have a bachelor degree in office management, IT, business management, Graphical and Digital Media or Media Management and Technology
• You have a very good knowledge of the English language, knowledge on other additional European language is an advantage.
• You will be located in our office in Zwijnaarde and are willing to travel on ad hoc base.
• Knowledge of graphical tools, eg Photoshop, Illustrator, .., is not a must have, but a realty nice to have.
