The JJT Supply Chain Business Technology, Integrated Solutions Group is looking for a Sr. Manager, A&D Solutions Leader to be based in EMEA
The Business Technology- Integrated Solutions (IS) organization provides services and program leadership that span multiple product lines across the Supply Chain Business Technology organization.

Position Summary
The IS Acquisition & Divestiture Solution Leader collaborates across multiple business technology and product line groups to define and deliver innovative solutions for our business in case of a merger, acquisition or divestiture (A&D) engagement.
The A&D Solution Leader is responsible for integrating the new businesses into or separating businesses from existing Johnson & Johnson platforms driving delivery of program outcomes and interdependencies in an optimized manner leveraging the IS standard A&D approaches and templates.
The individual will steer, manage and run the process from the initiation phase through the closure phase of the A&D assignment, meeting scope, cost, quality, technology, and schedule requirements
The IS Solution Leader will own and drive supply chain and Quality end to end solutioning, program roadmaps, project planning and execution, and the oversight of deliverables across the A&D portfolio.
This person will work closely with Business Technology Leaders, Business Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Product Lines and shared services teams to solution and deliver capabilities that meet business strategic objectives of the migration in case of an A&D program.

SCT Solution Leader A/D (f/m/d)

• Oversees and/or leads a portfolio of supply chain programs, A&D projects or initiatives within the Integrated Solutions portfolio.
• “Technology strategist” who spans multiple technology solutions.
• Leads architecture design that is scalable to the region, sector, and franchise level.
• Ensures the business and technical solution architecture is complete and fit-for-purpose in terms of its ability to address business requirements
• Ensures that security and technical architectures are in line with the overall Business needs and migration strategy - work with architecture teams
• Works with Business Technology Leaders and clients to identify business priorities and product needs.
• Works across multiple BT, Architecture, PL and TS groups to define and deliver innovative solutions.
• Leads cross functional teams to drive them into a solution that addresses the business needs.
• Estimates development, effort levels and costs to prioritize requirements and deliver solutions.
• Engages necessary and appropriate resources across Product Lines and TS per solution blueprint.
• Develops and articulates the high-level program plan for all development activities.
• Prioritizes and aligns timing with business and IT stakeholders to ensure overall alignment to plan.
• Leads large complex programs, projects and teams through the full lifecycle in accordance with J&J established Project Management (PMx), System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Quality methodologies.
• Manages project budget and detailed financial planning, schedule in terms of effort-based project plans with PMx standards and tracking/monitoring of issues, risks, decisions, assumptions and dependencies
• Verifies scope and acceptance conditions
• Plans and manages resources; Ensures the team is staffed correctly
• Drives issue resolution (functional, technical, resources, …) to deliver to time, spend, and quality to ensure realization of business benefits
• Provides proactive communication of project status, budget, issues and risks to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Manages overall program, cross dependencies in projects/ programs and leads the successful delivery of projects to their final project/program objectives
• Directs project team members and manages their activities in order to meet project objectives
• Aligns organization/strategic direction that affects project and program goals and objectives
• Provides transparency to different levels within the organization in terms of PMx status dashboards at program level; Runs health checks on a weekly basis to ensure the project /programs is PMx compliant

Qualifikationen

Required

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent or 6+ years with advanced degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of complex IT project/program management - Program management experience in deployment of major IT capabilities across multiple sites and multiple regions with a strong track record of successful delivery. Demonstrated track record in delivery of complex projects and programs in a virtual environment utilizing agile delivery techniques.
• Strong business acumen - Possesses an in depth understanding of the business and competitive environment of at least two of the three J&J segments.
• Having a good understanding of overall supply chain business processes and trends. Demonstrated the ability to apply this knowledge to existing business processes while driving the adoption of deployed capabilities.
• A broad understanding of IT technologies, capabilities and trends including the limitations of existing systems. Demonstrated knowledge of all IT functions and services with technical expertise in one or more areas.
• Have excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority. Is persuasive, encouraging, and motivating with an ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior management, project team members, technical teams and business partners. Is capable of dealing with ambiguity.

Preferred

• Prior experience with Acquisition and Divestiture activity
• PMP, APICS- CSCP or similar certification
