DoubleVerify’s team in Ghent, Belgium specializes in measuring and optimizing the delivery of video ads. If you’ve ever watched a video ad on the internet, there’s a good chance you’ve run our code on your device. We collect anonymous video ad performance metrics on behalf of advertisers and publishers, and fix errors along the way.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced software engineer to join the team that consolidates viewability measurement for multi-channel video advertisement campaigns into a single solution — DV Video OmniTag.

The team ensures successful video ad delivery, seamless enablement of DoubleVerify technologies, and collection of data events using industry standards. DV Video OmniTag is a mission-critical, mature, battle-tested product used in production on a massive scale. As a centerpiece of the DoubleVerify video offering, it requires close cooperation with other teams around the world.

By taking ownership over the ETL data pipeline, the team is now expanding its responsibilities with maintaining and growing the global cloud infrastructure that tracks events.

We realize your background might be different than ours and we welcome it. Rather than requiring specific technical knowledge, we think it’s important to have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of software engineering and the web.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Be an integral part of a product-centric agile engineering team
  • Participate in nurturing an open, safe environment of trust, where everybody is treated kindly and equally
  • Build stable back-end applications using serverless JavaScript and Node.js
  • Help shaping our ETL data pipeline, making it well suited for high throughput
  • Maintain and expand a robust, scalable and highly available multi-cloud infrastructure with Terraform
