Changemanager with a feeling for workplace strategy

brainmove is a fast and solid growing consultancy firm with very specific competences in workplace strategy and change management. We are looking to hire on our payroll a new senior consultant with a passion for people and work environments. Together with our young, dynamic and competent team, we want you to develop strategic projects for our top notch customers in an international environment. We are looking for a master’s degree with high affinity to FM, HR and COM. As a senior you will take the responsibility over your own projects and activate our junior consultants.

Your job

· Develop and implement workplace strategies

· Develop, implement and follow-up change management trajectories

· Facilitate workshops and training

· Develop communication and change approaches

· Manage contacts with our suppliers and partners

· Develop new methodology
