Thank you.Description OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Commercial FP&A Manager to join our CSCI Central FP&A team.The primary responsibilities of the Commercial FP&A manager are to support the Business Units leads with analysis and insights on the category/brand portfolio performance to steer the correct business decisions, anticipate business issues and assist management in delivering the business strategies.Scope of the Role
  • Act as finance liaison to the commercial Business Units to provide financial insights on the business performance; act as business partner to support answering the ‘why’ questions – hence help driving the right business decisions -actions.
  • Support in identifying the risks and opportunities from a commercial & operational angle (scope CSCI).
  • Measure – identify – the weekly/monthly business performance versus projected risks & opps. Support in answering the ‘why’ question.
  • Contribute to the MBR/QBR process by revealing the relevant commercial/ operational drivers within the financial results (MTD/QTD/YTD).
  • Track, understand and report dynamics impacting margin performance – such as Pricing, New product launches, base portfolio performance.
  • Create insights on A&P investment ratios (fall throughs – traditional versus digital investments).
  • Monitor sell-in versus sell-out (consumption) at country/category/brand level.
  • Assist the Plan/Flex/LRP preparation with quantitative & qualitative data elements.
  • Assist/prepare for the commercial Business Units financial insights on the operational overhead expenses (status vs Plan/Flex/PY – run rate analyses).
Experience Required
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a Finance, FP&A or similar role in preferably an international company
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user, passionate by Excel. First experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Has a strong affinity with commercial departments (Marketing, CS&I)
  • High standards for accuracy and precision
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to changing needs in a fluid environment, while displaying a strong commitment to deliver results in within required timelines.
  • Fluent in English
