One thing is for sure; in this role you will not be bored.The role for Senior Digital Strategy & Innovation Consultant embodies a wide variety of activities and lots of freedom to execute them by consulting our clients. Activities will consist of strengthening the Strategy & Innovation proposition (e.g. by contributing to the development of knowledge, tools and techniques) and engaging in projects that help our clients to grow their organization and become future proof. This ranges from; working together with industry colleagues to organize a workshop triggering customers’ innovation appetite, up to; taking the Project Lead role setting up a project and delivering it with a team of consultants. Questions our customers might have are How does the future state of our organization would look like? Which established or emerging technologies can we adopt in our organization? How do we transform while also increasing our customer experience? What are the bottle necks in our organization diminishing the innovation culture? How do we increase the success of innovation? • You have a Master in Business Administration / MBA;
• 3 – 5 years experience working for a consultancy as a (Business) Consultant;
• Presentation skills;
• You can easily connect with people;
• Drive to extend and expand projects and programs at customers to help their transformation;
• You have hands on experience in analyzing organizations and their environment, identifying organizational improvements and business opportunities from the structured analysis, setting up and delivering projects;
• You are aware of the available management models (5-forces, 7-S, DESTEP, SWOT etc.), innovation frameworks or related concepts (Product-Market fit, Lean Start up, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas) and know in detail how and why (not) to apply them. Names like Clayton Christensen, Elvin Turner, Natalie Turner aren’t unfamiliar to you;
• Working at customer’s location required;
• Proficient in Dutch and English;
• Flexible working considered.
