To support and reinforce our IT team we are looking for a Senior Manager Business Applications.Main Responsibilities And Key Tasks

• ERP Leadership
• Leads the development of the group ERP (SAP, Non SAP and other business applications) strategy and roadmap; ensures its integration with the enterprise’s strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategy and plans.
• Defines/Negotiates SLA’s for the ERP landscape.
• Provides direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of ERP systems and programs that fulfill the needs of the enterprise, including architecture management, application management, and infrastructure and operations support management.
• Drives the further application transformation of Ontex and opens new application opportunities.
• Tracks the usage and the performance of the ERP systems.
• Guides and recommends standard solutions to local businesses if and when required.
• Collaborates with the CISO to ensure security and risk management on the ERP Landscape.
• Collaborates with the leadership of the Digital factory to ensure market facing solutions and developments integrate flawlessly with the ERP backbone.
• Collaborates with the I&O manager to ensure the management of the infrastructure hosting for the ERP services.
• Supports the CISO to Control & review the Business Disaster Recovery & BCP plans.
• Business Partnering
• Acts as a business partner for Supply Chain, and builds and maintains relationships with Supply Chain executives and leaders to develop a clear understanding of enterprise needs; ensures cost-effective delivery of application services to meet those needs. Is able to respond with agility to changing priorities.
• Collaborates with the other business partners to ensure the demand and requirements captured are included in the group ERP strategy and roadmap.
• With the colleagues in the business application teams, participates in and contributes to the assessment of external digital opportunities and threats, and internal technology capabilities required to achieve the objectives of the supply chain organization.
• Facilitate the IT applications governance processes with the business stakeholders (including but not limited to the Change Advisory Board -CAB- meetings).
• Serves on supply chain planning and policymaking committees; drives the development of enterprise technology and data standards, governance processes and performance metrics to ensure IT delivers value to Ontex.
• People Management
• Creates an environment where the Business Application team can accelerate the value out of Technology.
• Works with HR and the broader IT&Data leadership team to develop an Business Applications "people strategy" that aligns with the overall company strategy.
• Develops and maintains an ERP and applications workforce with the appropriate diversity, mix of business knowledge, technical skills and competencies that balance the needs between growing the agility required to achieve digital business objectives and ensuring the core IT functions are reliable, stable and efficient.
• Provides leadership, coaching and direction to the Business Applications Team leads and staff.
• Program and Project Management
• Develops and controls annual operating and capital expenditure budget for the ERP landscape to ensure it is consistent with overall strategic objectives of the enterprise and is within plan.
• Maintain a Business Applications portfolio of projects with the appropriate resource planning and prioritization.
• Develop strong project management processes discipline.
• Work with the project managers and team leaders to ensure successful delivery of the portfolio.
• Financial Management
• Define & agree on the necessary annual budgets to enable business applications management and its related IT services together with the IT Leadership team (ITLT).
• Track, maintain & control the group ERP spending on a monthly basis.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT and at least 10 years in leading the delivery of ERP (SAP) and other Business applications.
• Proven experience in leading cross functional / cross country / cross time zone application delivery teams.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, resource planning, solution design and development.
• Strong people leader.
• Strong insight in and understanding of complex functional & operational processes.
• Punctual in resource planning and priority setting.
• Well-organized problem solver with an exceptional business acumen.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English
