For our growing Supply Chain and Operations practice in Belgium, we are looking for a Senior Manager Planning to strengthen our Planning team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager Planning your key role will be to deliver projects that improve our client’s business performance, in line with our Exceptional Client Service approach. Drawing on your knowledge, skills and experience, you will build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers, support bids, proposals and thought leadership, and coach and support EY consultants and client team members to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
  • You will lead the evaluation of the company’s supply chain universe from a technical and business perspective, and provide guidance on the in-depth assessments of planning processes, maturity levels and improvement opportunities through interviews, data analytics and workshops.
  • Optimize the Supply Chain Planning processes and functions of our clients while translating their business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • You will contribute to providing our clients with EY supported insights and pragmatic recommendations to further improve business performance and operational efficiency;
  • You are responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements together with a dynamic and open-minded team;
  • You will develop strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities

To qualify for the role you must have
  • You are passionate about Supply Chain planning and you have at least 5 years of experience in this field or one of the sub-fields (demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, IBP, EBP, DRP, Production Scheduling,…),
  • You have a Master degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Science or Business Engineering related. You have a keen interest in Planning and Supply Chain knowledge is a must.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, drive, enthusiasm, conceptual thinking, communication and influencing skills and pragmatism in execution
  • Entrepreneurial spirit & excellent business development skills
  • Intrinsic motivation to help establish and strengthen relationships with our clients
  • Commitment to support the development of others through taking on coaching and counselling roles for team members
