The (Senior) Manager Process Science Modeling, positioned in the Innovation and Technology Deployment organization of Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT), leads a distributed team in the modeling of real manufacturing processes. We support all sites, platforms and modalities - all over the globe. Our mission is to make Johnson & Johnson’s manufacturing processes faster and more cost-efficient while improving product quality!
As a senior voice with deep technical understanding, this individual will influence the decision-making, strategy and deployment of modeling solutions and act as an ambassador everywhere they go. Leading and mentoring a team of modeling experts, they will ensure maximum impact at our manufacturing sites, supporting – among other things – technology transfers, root cause investigations, and new product introductions (NPIs).
As a person with a strong vision and can-do attitude, the selected candidate will take care of prioritization and budgets while strengthening our technical depth. Working closely with their internal customers, collaborators, and senior leadership, they will assess the feasibility and value of proposals and drive the execution of selected projects. Their leadership and expertise will drive continuous improvements in our ways of working and help upskill all around them in the domain of data science and modeling.
Help us change the way medicine is produced! The selected person will support novel as well as established products. From process capability/quality improvements to breakthrough enhancements in Cost of Goods, we strive to support all internal & external manufacturing sites with modeling know-how backed up by scientific understanding.
