About The Role

The Senior Supply Coordination Manager will coordinate the consolidation of market and supply issues, escalations and prioritisation requests and ensure the right overview is generated to resolve issues proactively or to escalate these into the SCIM cycle. The infeed of information is provided via the Supply Coordination Managers per Region and per MPU/PT. In alignment with the Head of Cross Regional Issue Management the Senior Supply Coordination Manager ensures the output of the weekly SCIM process is translated into a clear action plan, cascaded and executed. This cascade is happening through the Supply Coordination team towards the Order Fulfilment team, MPUs (including Pack Scheduling, QA, QC), Product Teams and the Regional Customer Service teams. Proactive issue management is happening through other governances like the Weekly Supply, MPS and Weekly Regional meetings.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the organization of the Supply Coordination Management process
• You ensure an accurate and complete overview of supply issues and priorities to the rest of the organization through the consolidation of the product and market views
• You manage short term transversal supply issues and communicate to the rest of the organization
• You lead the Weekly Supply meeting with MPUs (for BE) in order to align on and mitigate supply issues in a proactive way
• You ensure decisions taken within the SCIM cycle are well translated into action plans and cascaded
• You manage short term transversal supply issues and communication to ensure the rest of the organization is well informed
• Continuous Improvement of processes and tools
• You guarantee the right performance level of the Supply Coordination activities with regards to OTIF, Service level, production performance and process leadtime adherence
• You organize the transversal Supply Coordination governances and attend the SCIM2 meeting
  

Why you?

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Master/University Degree in Supply Chain Management/Business administration/Engineering
• Ideally, having gained 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management in an international or global context, within pharmaceutical or FMCG supply chain Industry.
• Operational and management experience in Supply Chain processes and supporting systems with large organizations within an international business environment
• Project management: Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodology and implementations
• Performance management: proven track record in delivering the targeted business results
• Experienced in senior stakeholder management
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must
  

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Recognized professional qualification / certification in Supply Chain preferred (e.g. APICS certification, etc....)
• Knowledge of cGxP requirements is an asset
