Senior Sales Coordinator

Our client is a fast-growing food company where authenticity and tasty food is a real passion.

As a part of the sales team, you will be reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer; you will play a central role within the organization by overseeing and performing various duties and more specifically at:

· Assisting the front sales team:

o You are in regular contact with each buying/sourcing department of each of our various customers.

o You prepare sales presentations, price offers (FR/NL) together with the responsible of sales.

o You help to prepare annual negotiations

o You analyze data and provide reports

o You take part to the commercial and cross department meetings

· Playing a front sales role for smaller customers and/or ready to backup front sales team in specific cases.

o You know our customers and are ready to provide them the required information’s and to keep them updated about price changes, innovations,…etc

· Interfacing internally with the R&D team and the production team in order to ensure all roadmaps are always aligned with the annual strategy map.

o You make sure all information’s are there in time and complete.

· Centralizing and sharing information for the product committee meeting.

· Control and challenge our supplier buying prices. (Analysis and negotiation)

EXPERIENCE and SKILS

• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum. Ideally completed by a master degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within a similar job
• Real Bilingual FR/NL with a very good knowledge of EN.
• Any other language is a real +, in particular: Spanish/German/Italian
• Good expertise of Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Willing to learn
• Excellente organisationnal and analytical skills
• Familiar with an ERP tool is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable
• Result oriented and problem solving
• Rigorous and autonomous
• Able to work in team
• Helicopter view
• Structured and well organized
• Communication (both externaly and internaly)
