Coca-Cola European Partners Belgium is looking for a senior Recruiter to join our fantastic Talent Acquisition team primarily based out of our offices in Anderlecht focusing on the Belux. The role will cover all types of recruitment, both internal and external across CCEP’s functions; Commercial, Supply Chain and Support functions.

In the role as Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for the delivery of recruitment to our business on a day to day basis, both internal and external recruitment. This means that you will actively source talents (from the external market), build our branding plans and execute these, manage stakeholders both internal and external and represent our organization in different forums as applicable to further drive our employer brand. The team has been very successful and is highly regarded both internally and externally.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery of recruitment on a daily basis, both internally and externally through various methods such as advertising, direct search, referrals and the use of pipelines
  • Together with the team and the HR Business Partners create a recruitment forecast and methods of following up on them
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to create candidate pipelines utilizing a variety of sourcing methods like database mining, internet/web searches, direct sourcing, community organizations, networks, employee referrals, etc
  • Collaborate with colleagues across our territories to achieve best practices and drive innovation and projects
  • Follow-up on market trends and employment conditions within the labour market and initiate the introduction of new methods and processes in the local TA function. Focus on continuous improvement of the local TA activities, processes and methods in collaboration with the team
  • Consult and support hiring managers in the recruitment process
  • Manage stakeholders on a continuous basis to build relationships and to share trends and market data within the recruitment market
Qualifications

We believe that in order to be successful in this role that you have a demonstrated track record in recruitment within a fast paced environment. You are able to successfully multitask in a high demanding role with your own recruitments and a team leader responsibility. Having experience in similar role preferably within the FMCG industry.

Requirements
  • Full cycle recruitment experience and experience from direct sourcing
  • Degree in a relevant subject
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Successfully being able to manage a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of the local recruitment market and trends within FMCG
  • Fluent, both verbally and written in: French, Dutch and English
