What you find at Danaher and Hach—and within yourself— might just change the world because what we do matters.This Service Contract Renewal Specialist (f/m/d) position is responsible for proactively renewing service contracts within Benelux to maintain and grow service contract revenue. The Service Contract Renewals Representative will need to quickly build customer rapport and leverage customer relationships and Hach value propositions, thereby moving opportunities to close.Representatives will receive support and guidance from management and other internal departments; however, it is imperative that a self-starter mentality is in place, along with the ability to manage and build their territory. Enjoy a fun, friendly and fast paced working environment with a goal of individual and team growth.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for managing service contract renewals by maintaining customer touchpoints
  • Engage clients via phone and email by providing quotations, cross-selling, up-selling, and minimizing discounting where possible
  • Review commercial legal terms and escalate as needed
  • Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • Collaborate with other Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processes
  • Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate
  • Cross-functional interfacing with other commercial departments to leverage the best resources to close business
QUALFICATIONS:
  • (tele-)sales experience selling products and services in a business-to-business environment (experience in the water solutions industry being a plus)
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • CRM knowledge (SFDC)
  • Languages: Dutch and English are both required (French would be an additional asset)
