SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - Tasks

  • You will act as both a Human Resources Manager (3 FTEs) and as a Software Integrator, i.e. you will contribute to the overall direction, management and delivery of the team.
  • You provide clear leadership and direction in all aspects of the integration platform (iPaas).
  • You participate in the annual software development cycle and budget planning as a participant in the various governance boards.

Profiles


SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - Profile

  • You have at least several years of experience in a software integration platform (iPaas, preferably in BOOMi, API management) and you are familiar with management methodologies.
  • You are a good team motivator, and you like to take a team to the next level.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
