We are looking for a colleague to join theOps Accelerators circle, a team focused on providing business relevant solutions through service deliveryand management of outsourcing partners to ensure effective service delivery to divisions globally and align IT services to business requirements and needs .

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:

  • Lead and manage outsourcing partners including contracting, service level management, and reporting.
  • Ensure high-quality service is consistently and effectively provided to internal customers.
  • Analyse and make recommendations for process improvement and efficiency (ITIL aligned), in collaboration with group IT.
  • Be accountable for the day-to-day operations.
  • Take responsibility for assigned project work and ensure delivery (office moves, laptop upgrades, windows upgrades, etc.).
  • Conduct cybersecurity training and awareness training.
  • Work on new compliance topics and requirements (e.g., DORA, AI Act, Data Governance Act, NIS2)

Do you recognize yourself?

  • At least five years’ experience leading a global service desk with internal customers who are geographically dispersed
  • Thorough knowledge of IT customer support operations
  • Process-centric and passionate about process improvement
  • High attention to detail
  • Fast learner.
  • High interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
  • Team player with a collaborative style.
  • Great communicator – oral, written, and presentation.
  • Can communicate effectively in both spoken and written English. Any other language is a plus
  • Prepared to travel within CE region
