The candidate for application must be resident in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg.

apDia bv, located in Turnhout, is a biotechnological company specialised in the development, production and sales of in vitro diagnostic tests and analysers.

We are also distributor of R-Biopharm and Grifols, among others.

Our customers are mainly hospitals and clinical laboratories.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a service engineer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of highly advanced clinical analyzers at customers’ premises at different locations in the Benelux. You make sure that our equipment is in top condition and that the customer gets the best possible support. In a later stage you are also responsible

for installations, validations and trainings when new analyzers are installed.

PROFILE:

· You have a Bachelor/Master degree in Electronics, Electromechanics or Biomedical Engineering.

· You have affinity with electronics and IT

· You are flexible, autonomous, communicative

and you have strong perseverance.

· You speak Dutch, French and English.

· You are in possession of a driving license type B.

JOB OVERVIEW:

· Responsible for carrying out all service activities on technical equipment

· As part of the technical team, you will minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.

· You will attend training on a regular basis. These

trainings can be internal, online or abroad. In this way, you will develop your skills at the highest level.

· Receiving feedback from customers is essential.

You will report this feedback to our sales and development team in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

· Personal responsibility for keeping abreast of technological developments within your field of work

· Assisting the sales team in rolling out and expanding our market share.

· Travel required within Belgium, the Netherlands

and Luxembourg on a regular basis.
